Job Description
  • Responsible for food preparation as per recipe, quality and presentation standards
  • Work as directed by the Demi Chef De Partie and Executive Chef
  • Set up all ingredients at stations before the start of the service
  • Ensure that all food is prepared by recipes designated by the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
  • Aid in achieving food cost efficiency
  • Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials.
  • Report equipment breakdowns to DCDP and ensure quick repair/replacement
  • Ensure that the food preparation area is clean at all times
  • Assist other sections or help with other duties when the kitchen is short staffed or in emergencies
  • Perform any other duties as assigned as assigned by the Management
