Job Description
Ten Plast Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Officer to manage daily accounting operations and support financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bills
- Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts
- Perform bank reconciliation statements
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support monthly and annual financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required
Job Specification
- Minimum 6+ months of experience in accounting or a related role
- Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software and ERP Software.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with GST and taxation is an advantage
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
