Job Description

Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales
Provide prompt and professional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain effective communication with clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Support the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and documentation
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles preferred.
