Job Description
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain effective communication with clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Support the sales team with order processing, follow-ups, and documentation
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles preferred.
