Job Description
Sustainable Appliances Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (SAN) – a proud subsidiary of Pointer Holdings Pvt. Ltd., and the authorized distributor of Khind, a leading Malaysian home appliances brand – is seeking dynamic, result-driven and experienced professionals for the following locations:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve sales targets in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks and retail outlets.
- Execute field-level sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure availability and visibility of Khind products in the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Report to the central sales office with sales data and insights.
- Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or related field.
- At least 2 years of field sales experience (home appliances/FMCG preferred).
- Strong dealer handling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and lead regional market penetration.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Should be based in or willing to relocate to the assigned location.
