Job Description

Surjan Manpower Supplier is looking for a responsible and experienced Captain to oversee hotels, banquets, resorts or event operations. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder, managing guest services, coordinating with waitstaff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and service staff.
Attend to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints or special requests in a professional manner.
Maintain smooth communication and coordination between the kitchen, service staff, and management.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Assist in training and guiding new staff members.
Monitor service quality and provide feedback to improve efficiency.
Support event setups and manage on-floor operations during busy hours.

Job Specification

Prior experience as a Captain, Head Waiter, or similar supervisory role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
