Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Australia and UK Counselor with proven experience in guiding students for higher education opportunities in Australia and UK. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of admission processes, documentation, and visa application procedures, with a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional counseling to students regarding study options in Australia and UK.
- Guide students through the application, admission, and visa process.
- Assess student profiles and suggest suitable universities, courses, and career paths.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, education systems, and admission requirements.
- Handle queries via calls, emails, and walk-ins in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing documentation for university and visa applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and partner institutions.
- Follow up with potential students to convert leads into enrollments.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in counseling for Australia/UK higher education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle client queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Strong knowledge of student visa requirements and admission procedures for Australia and UK.
