Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, quality service delivery, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations, preferably in the consultancy, manpower, or travel sector, with a proven ability to manage teams, streamline processes, and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, manage, and coordinate all daily operational activities across departments.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to track performance and report findings to senior management.
- Handle client communications and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Lead and train team members to maintain a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Prepare operational reports and participate in strategic planning initiatives.
Job Specification
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations management within a consultancy, manpower agency, or travel agency.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operations or CRM software.

Preferred:
