Job Description
Nature of service: Contract with possibility of extension
- Responsible to supervise/oversee the assigned construction projects and ensure the quality and efficiency
- Reviews the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Coordinates with Architect, Consultants and other relevant departments
- Conducts on-site investigations and analyze data
Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university
- 5 years’ experience in building constructions
- Knowledge of infrastructure rules and regulations, and quality standards in Nepal, building and construction practices
- Excellent command on project control techniques with detailed understanding of project planning, site execution, schedules and budget management
- Good language command in both English and Nepali (both writing and speaking)
- Expected to have excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
