Job Description

Skills Nepal is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Officer to promote the organization’s training programs and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities, enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting admissions growth through both digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field marketing, client visits, and B2B outreach to generate new business.
Identify potential corporate clients, distributors, and business partners.
Maintain relationships with existing B2B clients and support sales growth.
Conduct market research, competitor study, and customer feedback collection.
Coordinate marketing campaigns, product promotion, and brand visibility activities.
Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and update management.
Work closely with the sales team to meet targets and expand market reach.

Job Specification

Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field.
Experience: 1–2 years in Marketing/Sales (B2B or field marketing preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Must be comfortable with field visits and meeting clients.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Two-wheeler and license preferred.
