Job Description
MTS Foam Industry Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to promote and expand the company’s foam and mattress product sales across key regional markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the company’s foam and mattress products within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors to expand the distribution network.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business expansion initiatives.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall company growth.
- Collect and provide market feedback regarding customer needs, product demand, and competitor strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely product supply and customer satisfaction.
Marketing Coverage Area:
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for marketing and sales activities in major cities including Tulsipur, Ghorahi, Lamahi, Bhaluwang, Mahendranagar, Surkhet, and Nepalgunj.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in marketing or sales will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned regions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Compensation & Benefits:
