Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead our revenue growth and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will oversee sales performance, marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, vendor partnerships, and overall brand strategy while maintaining Masta Kala’s premium identity.
This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, business documentation ability, and hands-on experience in digital marketing and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth :
- Develop and implement monthly, seasonal, and festive sales strategies.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analysis for management.
- Structure and monitor incentive and commission systems.
- Ensure proper tracking of orders and revenue ownership.
Marketing & Campaign Management :
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with brand positioning.
- Lead festive and seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a strong and consistent premium brand identity across all platforms.
- Analyze market trends and recommend growth strategies.
Influencer & Brand Collaboration Management :
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Draft and manage collaboration agreements, defining deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance and ROI.
- Build long-term strategic brand partnerships.
Vendor & Wholesale Sales Management :
- Develop and manage B2B and vendor partnerships.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and supply terms.
- Track vendor-wise sales performance and expand distribution networks.
Agreement & Documentation Handling :
- Prepare marketing agreements, MOUs, and collaboration contracts.
- Structure deliverables, payment terms, and performance clauses.
- Maintain proper documentation and coordinate approvals with management.
Leadership & Process Management :
- Conduct weekly sales and marketing meetings.
- Improve internal reporting and tracking systems.
- Align marketing activities with revenue goals.
Coordinate with operations for stock forecasting during campaigns.
Job Specification
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (mandatory).
- Experience in gifting, retail, e-commerce, or premium brands preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Ability to draft basic business agreements and contracts.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
