Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the internship program within our organization.
- Recruiting, selecting, and onboarding interns, as well as designing and implementing training programs, mentorship initiatives, and evaluation processes.
- Responsible for building partnerships with educational institutions, career centers, and other organizations to promote the internship program and attract top talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify internship opportunities and projects that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Serves as a point of contact for interns, providing support, guidance, and feedback throughout their internships.
- Coordinate networking events, workshops, and other activities to enhance the overall internship experience and help interns develop professional skills and networks.
