Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laundry department
- managing a team of laundry attendants, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all laundry services are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and quality control
- Ensuring that all laundry items are cleaned and pressed to the hotel's standards
- Ensure that all laundry equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the laundry department
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining an adequate supply of laundry supplies, such as chemicals, bleach, and fabric softener etc.
- Monitor inventory levels and track expenses to ensure the laundry department is operating within budget
- Responsible for training and supervising laundry staff, ensuring that they are properly trained in laundry procedures and guest service
