Job Description
- Lead the design development of architectural projects from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp/ any others rendering software).
- Prepare and review detailed working drawings, presentations, and specifications.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams for integrated project delivery.
- Supervise junior architects ensuring quality and timely outputs.
- Conduct site visits for inspection, progress review, and resolving design-related issues.
- Ensure all designs adhere to relevant building codes, municipal bylaws, and NBC standards.
- Prepare submission drawings, BOQs, and documentation for building approvals.
- Participate in design review meetings and prepare presentations for client approvals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or related field .
- Minimum 5 or more years of relevant architectural experience in diverse projects.
- Experience in hospitality-related architectural projects is highly desirable.
- Patience and mentoring skills to guide through creative processes and technical challenges in a professional studio environment.
