Job Description
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies, advertising job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates for various positions within the hotel.
  • Ensuring that new employees receive proper orientation and training to familiarize them with hotel policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Assist in identifying training needs, designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and hotel policies.
  • Assist in conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback to employees, and supporting managers in setting performance goals and objectives.
  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus structures, employee benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Implementing HR policies and procedures that align with hotel goals and comply with labor laws. Ensuring policies are communicated effectively to all employees.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and industry standards. Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Promoting a positive work environment and fostering employee engagement through various initiatives.
