Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services within the Kathmandu Valley, including Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to meet targets, and the capability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular market visits within assigned areas to generate and follow up on leads
Promote company products and services to potential customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management
Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events when required
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest strategies to improve market presence
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company
Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent
Proven experience in sales and marketing preferred
Must own a motorbike and hold a valid driving license
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of local areas (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur)
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
