Job Description
Scribe Sourcing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to support business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
- Attend meetings, sales presentations, and promotional activities as required.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and payments.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas, if required.
