Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about the company
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk


 

Job Specification
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management is a plus
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
  • previous experience in  diagnostic center is a plus.
