Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Handle inquiries and provide information about the company
- Coordinate with other departments as necessary
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Job Specification
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently
- previous experience in diagnostic center is a plus.
