Job Description
Logik Sprachzentrum Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Front Desk Officer (Female) to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office operations efficiently. This role is well-suited for freshers or early-career professionals who are enthusiastic, well-groomed, and committed to delivering quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle front desk tasks including answering calls, managing inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in basic administrative and clerical duties.
- Manage and monitor social media messages and interactions, as required.
- Maintain proper records of client visits and calls.
- Coordinate with internal departments when necessary.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to punctuality and professional conduct.
Job Specification
- Minimum academic requirement: +2 completed; Bachelor's degree running candidates are also eligible.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Working period : 7 AM to 3 PM
Required Skills and Competencies:
