Job Description
- Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
- Greeting and welcoming visitors/students as they approach the front desk
- Answering telephone calls, questions and addressing complaints
Job Specification
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, PC, Scanner, Photo copy, etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and personal skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
Note: Office hour: 10-5:30
