Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing strong knowledge of company products, identifying and engaging new sales prospects, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support. The role involves client meetings, proposal and quotation preparation, negotiation, CRM management, and building long-term relationships with consultants, architects, and builders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Proactively identify new sales prospects though site visits, consultant meetings and using various social media domains.
  • Documenting the customer data and contact information (correct customer/ influencer) in the CRM.
  • Calling/meeting potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Developing and submitting quotation / proposal to the client using approved pricing tools.
  • Negotiating and re negotiating along with constant follow-up to meet the set sales target.
  • Meeting and creating sound long term relationship with consultants, architects and builders.
  • Maintaining full information of opportunities, tasks and visits, and keeping the sales funnel data up to date in the CRM.
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • Handling client relations/issues across pre-sales and post sales.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven 4-5 years of sales experience (in construction material / elevator industry is a plus ) .
  • Must have two-wheeler with valid license.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
