Job Description
Newlook Cosmetics is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of beauty products including hair care, skincare, and makeup, along with the ability to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote cosmetic products
- Manage and oversee branding, campaigns, and promotional activities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to boost product visibility and sales
- Handle social media marketing and influencer collaborations
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetics/beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of hair care, skincare, makeup, and beauty trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
