Job Description

Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited, the leading life insurance Company in Nepal which has been rendering excellent services to its clients for 25 years is seeking applications from dynamic, young, dedicated and competent candidates for the following positions.

Position: Brand Marketing (Managerial Level)
No of Vacancy: 1
Location: Head Office, Kathmandu

Qualifications & Skills

Master’s degree in marketing or business administration or relevant degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 7 years of experience in brand marketing with 2 years in Leadership role.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with media agencies and platforms to maximize brand visibility and ROI.
Proven experience in successfully developing and executing brand campaigns.
Strong understanding of market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior.
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Age not exceeding 45 years.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, and social media).
Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop impactful campaigns.
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Digital, and Corporate Communication teams.
Ensure alignment between brand strategy and sales execution.
Prepare regular performance reports for Senior Management/Board.
