Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and performance management systems.

- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
