Job Description

ABC Nepal is a non-profit human rights organization established in the year 1987. It is the first organization in Nepal that raised the issue of human trafficking and worked for sensitizing the various segments of society on gross violation of human rights. The organization advocates gender equality by promoting women's, children's and adolescent girls' social, economic, and educational empowerment and raising awareness in all issues that affect women the most.

With this regard, ABC Nepal Head Office, Kathmandu is looking for a position of Team Leader to support with the overall management of the organization. The main responsibility of the job is to manage the project cycle and ensure the quality respecting deadlines.

• Project Planning and Result based Reporting
• Strategic Guidance and Development
• Leadership and Result Based Monitoring
• Effective Coordination/Liaison/ Networking
• Proper Documentation and Effective Communication
• Team Building and Management
• Budget Planning and Monitoring
• Needed Guidance and Technical Support to the Entire Team
• Organizational Promotion and Visibility

Job Specification

• University Degree in Social Science with at least 5 years of experience in nonprofits especially with Women and Children
• Proficiency in Ms Packages, Software, PME Tools
• Good Command with English (Written and Spoken)
• Project Management Skills
• Critical Thinking
