-Answering customer queries and taking their feedback.

-Managing service center workflow.
-Ensure timely & quality service at workshop and handling flow of vehicles.
Job Specification
Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineer with minimum 2 Years Experience.
-Exhibits strong customer service skills.
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Demonstrates strong leadership skills
-Have Good communication skills
