Position: Sales Head (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Distributor expansion and drive revenue from distribution expansion.
• Dealers/ Distribution selection based on standard criterion, and ensure dealership development activities and monitor dealers’ activities to improve dealers’ performance.
• Execute Product intelligence framework and provide support to develop product as per the demands.
• Business process sales planning through overseeing creation of monthly, weekly, daily sales plan for the month.
• Lead sales planning - value and pair wise for distribution sales for the year in coordination with CMD or the top management.
• Allocation of monthly, quarterly and yearly value and pair wise targets to the team and ensure the targets are met by the team.
• Ensure Collections at targeted level and minimise outstanding at the end of each month.
• Generate reports on performances, targets, and so on, on a regular basis.
• Motivate and lead the team, communicate regularly to the team to aware priorities, targets and display objectives to meet annual sales targets.
• Take responsibility of employees down the line for every day-to-day activity, their grievances and provide sustainable solutions in order to create healthy work culture and environment.
• Guide new employees, ensure Succession planning and retention of the department employees.
• Develop close relations with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service of our products.
• Ensure timely settlement of distributors issue like pending schemes, discounts and outstanding.
