Job Description
  • Developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department’s performance against targets
  • Implementing sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and dealers to support, encourage and establish yearly target. Also, build strong relationships with the external partners and consumers, regularly interact with them by attending sales workshops, seminars and hosting sales events for the business’s product, playing an active role in industry organizations and so forth
  • Setting territorial sales goals for sales executive and dealers for the respective region and perform a weekly review of each region
  • Identifying areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improvement of sales and business profits
  • Planning, advising, implementing and maintaining follow-ups of the branding and advertising activities 
  • Maintain group and individual morale by keeping self as well as the team engaged in work
  • Maintain regular visits within and outside the valley on a regular basis.
