Job Description
  • Handling front office reception; welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Organizing, compiling, updating company personnel records and documentation
  • Helping in maintaining workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
  • Performing administrative duties that include general office support, such as monitoring inbox, making copies, filing,  booking meetings
  • Maintaining the necessary schedules and a telephone directory and a calendar of events held
  • Assisting in maintaining a record of the attendance details, absences and overtime schedule
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and ordering/receiving office supplies as per the necessity
  • Maintaining office security and sorting, screening phone calls, documents, and parcels
  • Recording petty cash payments; basic cashiering and bookkeeping duties
  • Assisting in managing the official's calendar, opening mail, responding to emails, taking lunch orders and attending or participating in external events
  • 1-year experience in the relevant field is preferable
