Job Description
- Manage the daily operations of the organization
- Handle communications with Customers
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
- Manage and support recruiting efforts and staff administration
- Maintain control of the payment process
- Lead the troubleshooting efforts and solve the problems as they occur and ensure service integrity
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Managment, Administration or similar relevant field. Master’s degree would be preferred
- Must have marketing, sales and operation management experience in hospitality industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical and analytical skills
- Should be a team player and initiative with good decision making/Judgement
- Should have good communication skills
- Excellent Computer knowledge
- Accounting knowledge would be preferred
