Position: Junior Training Officer (Recent Job)

Job Description

• Support in all training related activities through ensuring efficient marketing and delivery of training and workshops
• Conducting Training Need Assessment; train-ability test; assist in training delivery and post-training evaluation
• Coordinating with clients, facilitators, participants, and other service providers; prepare training budget and undertake pre and post-training evaluation and prepare training completion reports are the key result areas
