Position: IT Representative (Recent Job)

Work with stakeholders to understand technical issues
Get the technical issues resolved within the provided SLA time
Coordinate with developers of multiple teams across different regions to get issues resolved
Create SOP’s for the future to minimize future issues
Keep stakeholder updated on the issues & guide them in the cause of the issue and its resolution
During campaigns, work in shifts with the team to ensure 100% availability of the GOC team
Create new landing pages, update information on the existing pages and develop games as per the requirement

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
Should have an understanding of the e-commerce market and basic concepts
Well-structured working style, good time-management skills, excellent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Should be thorough with implementation of JavaScript, Html, CSS
Should be proficient with Microsoft Excel
Able to work both independently and with other teams
Proactive and fast learner
Fluent in English
Should be a critical thinker with high sense of responsibility
