Human Resources (HR) Administrator is responsible for managing all HR functions of the assigned channel(project). S/he will design and execute the Human Resources administrative and management plan in coordination with the Human Resource team.
Minimum Requirement:
- +2 or proficiency certificate or pursuing bachelor’s degree in Management preferably HR as specialization
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in managing HR
- At least a year of experience of implementing transformation in HR systems, bring modern, progressive approaches to HR practice
- Good knowledge of Nepalese employment law and other related laws
- Proficiency in MS Office package especially word and excel
