Job Description

EngenderHealth is seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified candidates for the Health Systems Strengthening Lead position on an anticipated five-year USAID Adolescent Reproductive Health/Family Planning project in Nepal. Nepali nationals are strongly encouraged to apply. The position is contingent upon EngenderHealth being awarded the project and availability of funds.

JOB SUMMARY

The incumbent will provide technical and programmatic oversight and support in developing, strengthening, and implementing quality improvement initiatives for adolescent FP/RH, including working closely with the GoN to update adolescent-friendly certification for service providers, providing trainings and supportive supervision. The person will be responsible for building capacity of local partners and staff on these activities. This position is contingent upon donor approval and funding.
