Position: Finance head (Recent Job)

Job Description

1. Preparing annual financial and budget plan coordinating with Finance Head based on Annual Business Plan.

2. Prepare and recommend financial rotation and annual business value based on overhead calculation of Company.

3. Tracking and processing all necessary procedures for procuring products for trading with bank and vendor.

4. Recording and filing every accounting and financial documents and details.

5. Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual report generation and delivering to Finance Head.

6. Monitoring and tracking accounts receivables.

7. Monitoring and tracking accounts payables. Collecting and recording of supplier invoices and employee expense bills and verification of payment then issuing of payments to recipients on scheduled payment dates as per agreement.

8. Proper documentation & communication of tasks, responsibilities, authorization, and tax processes.

9. Identify and implement legal and regulatory changes in tax laws

10. Timely payment of tax liabilities.

11. Accurate and complete calculation of tax provisions.

12. Long term financing through banks/private lenders/other sources.

13. Financial statement analysis and reporting.

14. Other works assigned by management or head of department.

Job Specification

Proven 4- 5 years of experience as an External Accountant

· Experience in data analysis and financial reporting

· Knowledge of external auditing practices and relevant regulations

· Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. GAAP, IFRS)

· Familiar with ERP software 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Sound judgement and decision-making ability
