Job Description
1. New Business Development:
- Identify and research on potential clients; approach potential clients, obtain and update client visit details, understand client requirements, demonstrate the products’ features
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of Clients
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market;
- Expanding Newer Technology in Nepal as per the market demand.
- International Business Activities on Newer Technology
2. Business Development Planning:
- Developing the business development strategy for the company in line with corporate objectives
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in business
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
3. Company Branding and campaigning:
- Managing Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Co-coordinating all the business development campaign
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Identify opportunities for promotional campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to a growth in business
4. Customer Complaints, Satisfaction, and Retention:
- Overview Customer Complaint Logs, feedback data and lead the customer support team
- Present new solutions and services and enhance existing relationships
- Work with whole marketing team and business development team and technical resources to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
Job Specification
- MBA Required
- Proven track record in Business Development, market research, and branding (minimum of 3-year experience); experience in IT sector is an advantage
- Able to build strong relationship with potential and existing clients
- Good analytical skills and listening skills to be able to respond to results and consumer research
- Excellent communicator, good presentation skills, Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business
- Organized and methodical, able to manage different projects at the same time
- Energetic and passionate about the company’s products specialty
- Ambition, determination, self-confidence and strong networking skills
- Able to deal handle sensitive information and to communicate tactfully to the team
- Ability to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
