Job Description
R.B MART PVT. LTD is looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Officer/Assistant to manage procurement activities, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely availability of goods and materials required for the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors for goods and services.
- Collect quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store/warehouse team.
- Ensure timely procurement of quality products at competitive prices.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and resolve issues related to delivery or quality.
- Assist in preparing purchase reports and maintaining documentation.
- Support in budget control and cost-saving initiatives.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in management/business or related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
