Job Description
- Must manage all our HR processes and practices, including training, onboarding, benefits and retention.
- Implement and monitor our HR strategies and procedures.
- Manage the recruiting and hiring process.
- Review payroll submissions from each department.
- Train employees about the common HR issues/topics.
- Document HR metrics and report to senior management to support strategic decisions.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and resolve related queries.
- Facilitate employee performance evaluations and provide administrative support.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and diversity initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related activities and initiatives.
Job Specification
- Should have completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Should demonstrate strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Should have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Must maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Must display proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Must prioritize attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
