Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated, customer-oriented professionals to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive and positive demeanor, and the ability to manage customer interactions with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing clients to promote company products or services.

  • Follow standardized scripts or personalized pitches based on customer profiles.

  • Schedule appointments, generate qualified leads, or close sales in line with campaign goals.

Customer Interaction

  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or product information.

  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients during calls.

  • Manage objections and rejections professionally and persistently.

  • Record detailed information about interactions in CRM software.

Performance Tracking

  • Achieve assigned call volumes, lead generation, and sales targets.

  • Conduct timely follow-ups on leads or previous call interactions to enhance conversions.

  • Monitor and report daily/weekly call activity and conversion rates.

Job Specification

Essential Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Basic computer proficiency, including typing and data entry
  • Ability to perform under pressure and effectively manage challenging customer interactions
  • Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, including a 1-hour break)
  • Flexibility to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
  • Regular college students are not eligible to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a call center or BPO environment is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong leadership, team management, and performance-driven mindset
