Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated, customer-oriented professionals to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive and positive demeanor, and the ability to manage customer interactions with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling
Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing clients to promote company products or services.
Follow standardized scripts or personalized pitches based on customer profiles.
Schedule appointments, generate qualified leads, or close sales in line with campaign goals.
Customer Interaction
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions or product information.
Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients during calls.
Manage objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
Record detailed information about interactions in CRM software.
Performance Tracking
Achieve assigned call volumes, lead generation, and sales targets.
Conduct timely follow-ups on leads or previous call interactions to enhance conversions.
Monitor and report daily/weekly call activity and conversion rates.
Job Specification
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing and data entry
- Ability to perform under pressure and effectively manage challenging customer interactions
- Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, including a 1-hour break)
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
- Regular college students are not eligible to apply
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a call center or BPO environment is an advantage but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and performance-driven mindset
