Job Description

Priyanka Overseas is seeking a motivated IT Bench Sales Executive to support our US IT staffing operations. The role involves marketing bench consultants, coordinating with recruiters and vendors, and managing end-to-end submission tracking to support successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Market IT consultants (bench candidates) through various job portals such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
Submit candidate profiles to suitable job openings and maintain regular follow-ups with recruiters, vendors, and clients.
Track candidate submissions, interview schedules, feedback, and placement status using internal CRM systems or spreadsheets.
Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on submissions, interviews, and closures.
Ensure all client requirements, compliance standards, and documentation are properly maintained.

Job Specification

Hands-on experience working with computers and online job portals.
Basic understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet submission targets.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in US IT staffing, bench sales, or account management is an advantage.
Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply; training will be provided if required.
