Job Description

Position: Sales Consultant/Executive

Department: Sales

Sector: Automobile

Location: Kathmandu


Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and assist walk-in customers in the showroom professionally.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automobile products.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Prepare quotations, sales documents, and coordinate the sales process until delivery.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, financing, and promotional schemes.
  • Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth customer service.
  • Maintain customer records and update sales reports regularly.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  • Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns when required.
  • Ensure proper showroom display standards and customer handling procedures are maintained.


Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales or a related sales field.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Customer-focused attitude with professional presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication.
  • Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license will be preferred.
