Job Description
Position: Sales Consultant/Executive
Department: Sales

Location: Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers in the showroom professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automobile products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by management.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and coordinate the sales process until delivery.
- Maintain updated knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, financing, and promotional schemes.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth customer service.
- Maintain customer records and update sales reports regularly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns when required.
- Ensure proper showroom display standards and customer handling procedures are maintained.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automobile sales or a related sales field.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused attitude with professional presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license will be preferred.
