Position: TME Lite Executive (Premium Job)

Job Description

• Application and Operational Support Maintenance- Support power & end user queries on functional and technical aspects of the solution

• Identify issues and escalate as appropriate for fixes
• Assign incident or query to appropriate team if not able to resolve within   
• Provide support for incidents, coordinate changes and fixes
• Managing and monitor the solution to ensure services are always up and running

• Monitoring Sales Operation Back Office- Monitor sales team compliance to establish TME daily sales operation process in TME Lite

• Track and identify potential fraud incidents in the sales operations 
• Collaborate with Sales Team on data setup – route planning, user creation and sales hierarchy setup
• Ensure TME system needed for inventory management and end of day reconciliation is in place

• System Optimization- Assist in application rollout testing and ongoing testing of system changes

• Supplier Management

• End User and Back Office Training- Provide initial training support to  end-users and back-office resources that ensures accurate and effective system usage

• Hardware and infrastructure management- responsible to support end user on hardware replacement, trouble shoot HH and IT related company assets

• Responsible to keep tract on inventory of IT related items (HH, Desktop, tablet, laptop, sim card, printer ink)
• Assist in maintenance of IT related hardware in HQ.

Job Specification

• Familiarity with hardware and trouble shoot experience
• Basic knowledge on MS office
