Job Description
Job Purpose:
- The position is overall responsible to lead the province-level Project Support Unit and work closely with the Project Implementation Unit of the relevant Province Ministry
- Provide technical assistance to Province Government (PG) and Local Governments (LGs) for the implementation of the project activities; collaborate with PG, LGs, private sectors and their associations in respective provinces regarding the Dual VET; and responsible for respective Province’s finance, administration, and human resource management.
Required Education, Experience, and Social Competence:
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Science, Business Management, or in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in project/program implementation, 3 years of working experience in a Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector with similar responsibilities with an experience of managing finance, administration, and human resources of the project.
- Work experience with industry associations/chambers will be an advantage. Commitment towards gender equality, social inclusion, and poverty reduction.
Duty station: Lumbini province
Duration: Initially for 3 years with the possibility of extension
