- Answering and taking calls, handling correspondence
- Maintaining day to day diaries, files and organize appointments
- Taking minutes
- Prioritizing and allocating workloads
- Suggesting new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant clients and agents
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar promotion tasks
- Pre-interviewing potential workforce on experience, skills, and education
- Drawing up plans for future hiring procedures and goals
- Corresponding with International clients
- Traveling with director
- Arranging appoints and schedules
- Updating and keeping track of profiles and job requirements
- Answering candidates questions and addressing their concerns
