Job Description

  • Overall responsible for the development & implementation of marketing strategy of the company to create, strengthen & expansion of marketing network & business volume.
  • Create, edit and promote promotion content in wide range of verticals.
  • Guide to develop content and mock up for market promotion in coordination with assigned designer.
  • Lead in development and execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns through suitable marketing tools.
  • Plan & lead the digital marketing & measure and report all the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and execute plan for branding on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Responsible to create the visibility in sales area/outlet of business associates through hoarding board, leaflet, booklet and other visibility materials including right placement of products in outlets.
  • Responsible to implement the suggestion & new marketing tools suggested by market strategy team.
  • Cooperate with different government & non-government tender for the supply of products and services directly or through the business associates to cooperate with sales head.
  • Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports & supports the development and execution of offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business
  • Ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
  • Manage content and updates for customers and touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
  • Research and analysis market trends and competitors.
  • Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
  • Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies and support to the sales department to make a sales scheme, offer, discount, etc.
  • Maintain marketing and branding expenses under budget
  • Review the standard marketing offers provided by different international & national companies and apply/practice the same and better model in the company.
  • Responsible to create a brand visibility on each and every product marketed by company.
  • Manage technology services that meet operational requirements in designated area(s) 
  • Serves as the lead IT liaison with senior administration
  • Provides technical leadership on a variety of highly specialized project-related activities requiring expertise in specific technical areas for core information technology systems and services
  • Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, objectives, short- and long-range IT planning
  • Maintain and enhance the working environment with all staff community.
  • Maintain & nurture company’s SoPs at all level.
  • Other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Job Specification

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree BBA/BIT/Marketing/Agriculture and related discipline.
  • Preferred having Master degree in the mentioned discipline.


  • Min 5-7years of experience in related filled with core marketing.
