Job Description

  • Analysing, planning and implementing different marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing head.
  • Conducting rigorous research to identify the market situation and establish brand awareness in the market.
  • Study company profile and operations to understand its marketing needs.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and marketing plans.
  • Advise on branding, positioning, communications and other marketing issues.
  • Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
  • Write reports with suggestions for improvements and new ideas.
  • Communicate with the target audiences and build a good customer relations.
  • Help with both direct and digital marketing plans, advertising, and campaigns.
  • Monitor the performance of various campaigns and submit accurate reports to the immediate managers.
  • Support the marketing head in delivering the assigned activities.
  • Follow Up on the projects throughout the sales.
  • Coordinate with the marketing head in preparation of the monthly, quarterly or annual budgets for the marketing department.
  • Other day-to-day marketing activities.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Management with specialization in marketing with a proven experience of 2 years or more in the same role.
  • Must be a smart and dynamic personality.
  • Must be capable enough to multitask, and handle pressure as deemed necessary.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing practices and strategic planning principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and other skills.
