Job Description
- Advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process,
- Orientating new employees about labor law, salary and benefit,
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment,
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees and client visit,
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration,
- Communicating with client about employee issues,
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format,
- Coordination with supervisor/designated person of client
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management ( Hr preferred)
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. ( Hr Agency Preferred)
- Payroll Management – advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Working Hour: 9:30-5:30
Note : Bike License Compulsory
