Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Generalist to ensure the proper execution of various functions of HR and in the planning and implementation of the HR strategy.


  • Develop and assist in the implementation of human resources plans and employee management policies.
  • Monitor employee motivation and make appropriate recommendations to ensure positive employee experience in the organization.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide basic counseling to employees who have performance related obstacles.
  • Provide recommendations on employee development strategies and training needs.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions, job specifications, and other employee documents.
  • Organize employee orientation sessions, training sessions, workshops, and activities.
  • Assist other department heads and supervisors as per requirement.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for regular financial dealings.
  • Communicate and coordinate with members of other departments to ensure smooth functioning.

Job Specification

  • Masters’ Degree with a specialization in Human Resources or other relevant fields.
  • 5 years’ work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Thorough knowledge of HRM tools and employment-related laws and regulations.
