Job Description

We are looking for an energetic candidate for Front Desk Officer to take charge of the consultancy’s day-to-day operations and undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk.

  • Keep front desk presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and align guests and answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files and monitor office expenses and costs.
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.).
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer etc.)
  • Support day-to-to work of Administration and Finance Officer.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director or Director or Management team.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or other related disciplines. High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Minimum three years of experience in the related field.
  • Should have excellent communication/ interaction skills.
  • Should possess strong pleasing personality.
  • Should be very accountable and should have quality of giving attention to details.
  • Should be flexible on working time.
  • Competent in using Internet, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Nepali language typing.
  • Excellent command in English and Nepali (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
  • Proven ability to manage a varied workload to achieve priorities and objectives.
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Problem-solving skills and good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Should be very accountable and should have quality of giving attention to details.
  • Should be flexible on rotation system of working days.
