Job Description
  • Oversee the activities of workers; hire, train and evaluate new employees
  • Ensure that a company or department is on track to meet its financial goals.
  • Develop and implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the department complies with company policies.
  • Ensure workers have the resources to complete their work.
  • Assess the performance of the department or company against the business’s goals and plans.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and COO
  • Participate/facilitate/influence business’ strategic planning and business development activities
  • Coordinate requests from other seniors and work collaboratively with their offices on meeting agendas and requests.
  • Provide business management capabilities, including working with finance and HR to strategize and create processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (Both Spoken & Written)
