Job Description
- Oversee the activities of workers; hire, train and evaluate new employees
- Ensure that a company or department is on track to meet its financial goals.
- Develop and implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the department complies with company policies.
- Ensure workers have the resources to complete their work.
- Assess the performance of the department or company against the business’s goals and plans.
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and COO
- Participate/facilitate/influence business’ strategic planning and business development activities
- Coordinate requests from other seniors and work collaboratively with their offices on meeting agendas and requests.
- Provide business management capabilities, including working with finance and HR to strategize and create processes.
- Excellent communication skills (Both Spoken & Written)
